1. Kirkland Pasture Raised Eggs - Pasture-raised eggs are one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet. These eggs come in a 24-pack and are quite reasonably priced.

  2. Milton’s Roasted Vegetable Cauliflower Pizza - the crust is lower in calories than traditional pizza crust. If you’re looking for a lower-carb alternative this pizza tastes great and can be used in a low-carb keto friendly diet.

  3. Kirkland Organic Broccoli Florets - I suggest having two bags on hand if you have the freezer storage. Broccoli is packed with vitamin C, K, potassium, fiber, and more! Each bag is packed with individual bags inside and can be microwaved in 5 minutes and/or used frozen in smoothies. This is a MUST for getting good carbs!

  4. Healthy Choice Organic Fudge Bars - Ice cream is one of my guilty pleasures however these fudge bars are the real deal and only 90 calories. While I don’t recommend ice cream as a pathway to fitness, these bars contain only 18 net carbs, 1 gram of fat and 3 grams of protein.

  5. Rotisserie Chicken - this (and the $1.50 hot dog) is Costco’s calling card as they lose money each time one walks out the door. This under $6.00 rotisserie chicken is packed with protein and can serve a family of 4 or just add to your salads.

  6. Organic PB Powder - while most peanut butter sold in the store is lower in protein than you think, this product gives you peanut butter flavor with nearly 50% protein. You can add it to your yogurt, shakes, pancakes or protein balls.

  7. Kirkland Signature Extra Fancy Mixed Nuts (unsalted) - while this mixture can be a little pricey, it will last a LONG time and packs a tremendous amount of protein! I typically add craisin (also from Costco) to this mix and put a small amount in my backpack to snack on (sparingly) throughout the day.

  8. Frankly Fresh Chicken Breast Burrito Bowl - these come in a 3 pack and only take two minutes to make in the microwave. We normally add salsa, yogurt, and Kirkland avocado to this mix and add it to a low carb wrap (or without the wrap). This is a great hit of protein with great value and just one bowl is plenty for 2 people.

  9. Kirkland Mixed Vegetables - I strongly recommend keeping frozen vegetables on hand. Too often vegetables spoil before eaten and this mix is great as a stand alongside dish or adding to your omelet and other meals.

  10. Kirkland Organic Blueberries - Blueberries are essential for brain and cognitive function packing HIGH antioxidant content supporting lower LDL cholesterol and blood pressure. I keep some frozen and some in a container in the fridge as I put them in almost every meal possible.

  11. Italian Volcano 100% Lemon Juice - I start off every morning with water and lemon. This product is organic with fresh pressed lemons and reasonably priced as you get two glass bottles (literally a 4-6 month supply) and saves the time of squeezing lemons and using them in a timely manner.

  12. Kirkland Signature Organic Greek Yogurt - At almost 70% protein this is a swiss army knife food. I start off most mornings with yogurt, blueberries (see above), granola, and a bit of agave. You can also use yogurt to bump up your shakes, create dips/dressings, and substitute for sour cream (which I ALWAYS do).

  13. Kirkland Organic Chunky Guacamole - having 16 small containers of guac on hand is essential especially if you’re looking for healthy fats that have multiple vitamins packed with fiber and antioxidants. In addition, guacamole is an anti-inflammatory dish that also improves skin and hair health. The beauty of this pack is you don’t have to wait for an avocado ripen and/or feel you have to use it once it’s aged.
