Team Development (Workshops)

The Components of a Team Workshop Typically Include the Following:

Phase 1: Two Planning Sessions In Advance Customizing the Agenda and Desired Outcomes. These Planning Sessions are Critical Steps and Set the Stage for Open, Honest, and Strategic Dialogue.

Phase 2: A Self Assessment (StrengthsFinder) is completed in advance of the workshop along with a short exercise allowing insight into Who They Are At Their Best”. This information creates authenticity and fosters a GREAT discussion!

Phase 3: The “One Day Team Development” discussion consists of powerful conversations and dialogue regarding 1) Self/Team Awareness, 2) Potential Conflict from Opposing Strengths, 3) Collective Team Strengths and Blind Spots, and 4) Discuss Existing Strategies/Initiatives and How Team Strengths/Blind Spots May Impact the Results
